What we do

Step 1: Postural assessment

This is when the bike and the cyclist are assessed and measured. The cyclist is further examined regarding any previous or current injuries before the bike fitting process.

Step 2: Bike adjustments

Bike adjustments customized to fit the cyclist’s unique measurements and biomechanics, with a pain-free motion in mind.

Step 3: Cycling assessment

The bike is tested on our supported roller trainer and the cyclist’s mechanics are assessed at various speeds. Cycling recommendations are made to optimize speed and power.

Step 4: Therapeutic recommendations

Rehabilitative recommendations are made to ensure that the indicated cycling biomechanical goals are achieved.

FAQs

Who might benefit from this bike fit?

Any cyclist who is looking for ways to increase their power capabilities can benefit from a bike fit. We especially recommend our services to those who are interested in injury management and prevention.

I just bought a new bike. When should I have it fitted?

It is ideal to have your bike fitted soon after your purchase for optimal performance and injury prevention. We meticulously fit the geometry of the bike frame to the unique mechanics of its cyclist.

I’ve already gotten my bike fitted somewhere else. Would I need another one?

A second bike fit may be necessary if there continues to be discomfort about 2-3 months after a previous bike fit. This ongoing discomfort could be due to biomechanical discrepancies, and therefore, another bike adjustment can help correct these mechanics.
